I’ve decided to something very out of character for me and talk about what I wear to work. Over the years as I’ve worked hard to be a ‘serious’ CEO and not to be looked down upon or considered frivolous, I’ve always stayed away from posts like this. But I’m a fool because fashion is part of our lives. Fashion is expression. And by thinking that it wasn’t a ‘serious’ enough topic, I’m contributing to gender disparity and normalising the notion that people (men) should rightfully think less of me if I were to speak about fashion. Over that bullshit.
